Wayne Stanley

Wayne Ivan Stanley, age 79, of Ingraham, IL, passed away at 9:33 am, Thursday, August 28, 2014, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL. Wayne was born Tuesday, September 18, 1934 in Clay County, IL, the son of the late Harvey Stanley and the late Cleta (Kepley) Stanley. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and was employed by various companies in the oil fields as well as self employed as a farmer. Wayne is survived by companion, Hallie Koeberlein of Ingraham, IL; son, Tony Stanley of Ingraham, IL; daughter, Trina (Jim) Cartright of Flora, IL; brother, Melvin Kepley Stanley of Noble, IL; grand children, Angela Hance of Clay City, Curtis (Annetta) Venable of Clay City, Jonas (Lissette) Venable of Champaign; great grand children, Justin Brown, Jordan Brown, Carlee Hance, C.Gage Venable, Caitlyn Venable; a loving extended family: Angie Hayes, Greg Pullam, Pamela Beccue, Helen Henry, Jeanette Gates, Shannon Garner, and several more grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Rita Stanley. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, located at 825 Chestnut St, Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 13, 2014. Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday at J. W. Neal Funeral Home. Memorial may be made to The American Heart Association and will be received at the funeral home.
