Vera Oliver

Vera Katherine Oliver, age 78, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 9:25 pm, Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Flora Rehab & Healthcare Center in Flora, IL. Katherine was born December 28, 1934 in Pana, Illinois, the daughter of Michael and Goldie (Caldwell) Nosek. She was united in marriage with Morris Oliver and to this union three sons and one daughter were born. She was an CNA for the Flora Healthcare Center. Katherine is survived by sons, Donald Oliver and wife Michelle of Louisville, Samuel Oliver of Centralia, and David Oliver and wife Jane of Landen, Ohio; daughter, Kathy Oliver of Landen, Ohio; sisters, Mary Bowen of Flora, and Sarah Gill of Salem; twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, Michael and Goldie Nosek; husband, Morris Oliver; and brothers, Paul, Norman, Joseph and Martin Nosek. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 17, 2013. Funeral service will be at J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 17, 2013, Memorials may be made to the Flora Healthcare Activity Fund and will be received at the funeral home.
