Twila Devore

Twila J DeVore, age 71, of Olney, IL, formerly of Ingraham, passed away at 9:00 pm, Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, IN. Twila was born October 20, 1945, the daughter of the late Raymond E. DeVore and the late Mary Josephine (Fulk) DeVore. She enjoyed attending the Olney Presbyterian Church on Wednesday evenings and attending Antioch Christian Church on Sundays. Twila loved to sing, color, play cards, watch movies and spend time with her family. She is survived by her brothers, Gerald (Jerry) Heathcock of Adams, TN, Lawrence (Larry) Heathcock of Adams, TN, Kelvin DeVore of Effingham, IL; sister, Madonna (Fred) Uebinger of Ingraham and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are entrusted to J.W. Neal Funeral Home of Louisville, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, January 16, 2017. A celebration of life will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in South Muddy Cemetery, Ingraham, IL. Memorial donations may be made to Area 9 Special Olympics in lieu of flowers.
