KINMUNDY - My beloved husband Timothy Dayne Gammon, 71, of Kinmundy departed this life on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on November 21, 1949, to the late Fred and Irene (Livesay) Gammon. He married the love of his life Charlotte on August 15, 1970 at the Christian Church in Kinmundy. We held hands through fifty years of life. Survivors that will remember his love of family include his wife. His son Kenneth Gammon and wife Rebekah, granddaughter Princess Macie, grandson Logan, his game playing buddy of St. Elmo. His brother Fred and wife Ann of Marion, Illinois, nephews Mike (Sonya) Gammon, Bonne Terre, Missouri, Matt (Shannon) Gammon, Indianapolis, Indiana. Special cousins Dean Livesay (Dale Rageland) of Tucson, Arizona, Regina Washburn (David) Martinsville, Illinois. Extended family includes loving cousins, nieces, and nephews. Loving in laws, Bob Schirr, Tunnel Hill, Illinois, Marie (Bob) Lane, Lydia Horton, Mechelle Parsslson, Charlene Anspach Eidson, John Robert Anspach (Sandals Shoe Service). Timothy graduated from Kinmundy Alma High School class of 1967. United Electricians Institute, Louisville, Kentucky, class of 1969. He was employed for twenty-nine years at Stanford Engineering as a machine shop inspector. Timothy was past Master of the Kinmundy Lodge #398 A.F.A.M. A member of Airad Shrine Temple, East St. Louis, Illinois, and the Order of Eastern Star of Illinois Chapter #606, Salem, Illinois. His enjoyment in life was his loving family, listening to his son play drums, a good cigar, a hot cup of coffee while sitting on his porch. He was preceded in death by his parents, uncle Darrell Livesay, mother in law Shirley Schirr, and nephew David Anspach, brother in law Larry Anspach. There will be a private family graveside service at the Evergreen Cemetery in Kinmundy with Josh Conley officiating, and burial will follow. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Tim's name to the Kinmundy-Alma EMT's. McGriff and Triplett Funeral Home in Kinmundy is entrusted with the care and arrangements
