Ronnie Mcneely

Ronnie Dale McNeely, age 68, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 10:23 pm, Friday, October 23, 2015, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Ronnie was born July 10, 1947 in Effingham, IL, the son of H. Dale and Bonnie (Holman) McNeely. He married Janet Neeley at the Flora First Christian Church on March 27, 1965 and to this union three sons were born. He was self employed as an over-the-road truck driver and was a member of the Louisville Christian Church. Ronnie is survived by his wife Janet of Louisville; sons, Randy (Tara) McNeely of Louisville, Troy (Mary Kay) McNeely of Marshall, IL, Brent (Karen) McNeely of Summerville, SC; sister, Janet (Augie) Neeley of Grayville, IL; grandchildren, Taylor (Trae) Gressel of Mason, Braden McNeely of Louisville, Dalton McNeely of Marshall, Madison McNeely of Marshall, Katlyn McNeely of Marshall, and Alex, Kelsey, Kevin McNeely all of Summerville, SC; nephews, Brian (Carmen) Neeley of Jacksonville, IL, Marc (Maria) Neeley of Grayville, IL, Ryan McNeely of Louisville and Justin McNeely; niece, Kayla (Mike) Lambert of Centralia; great nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Kassidy, and Brock Neeley of Jacksonville, IL, Christian, Connor, Cole, Callie and Canyon Neeley of Grayville, IL, Chloe, Gabby, Rhett and Rory Lambert of Centralia, IL. He is also survived by mother-in-law Erma Neeley of Flora. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Rex McNeely and Dennis McNeely, and father-in-law August Neeley. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, October 27, 2015. A celebration of life will be held at J.W. Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 28th. Interment will be at Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville, IL.
