Rodney L Wilson, Jr., age 30, of Louisville, IL, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at Stephen A. Forbes State Park in Kinmundy, IL. Rodney was born May 30, 1982 in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, the son of Rodney Wilson Sr. and Donna Lee Matanich. He is survived by his parents, Rodney Wilson Sr of Newton; mother, Donna Lee Matanich and step father Lee of Tarpon Springs, Florida; son, Draven Wilson of Flora; brother, Randall Helms and wife Heather of Flora; sister, Michelle Wolf of Florida; step brother, Steven Matanich of Tarpon Springs, Florida; step sisters, Val Smith of Chicago and Amy Ivey of Georgia; grandparents, Richard and Lola Smith of Louisville; grandmother, Rose Wallace of Newton; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, July 9, 2012. Cremation Rites will be accorded.
