Paul Wilbanks

Paul David Wilbanks, age 58, of Chesapeake, Virginia passed away at 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia . Paul was born Saturday, December 22, 1956, the son of Arthur Wilbanks and Cora Frances. On April 2, 1983 he married Debra Coble in Dever, Colorado and she survives in Cheseapeake, Virginia. To this union one son and one daughter were born. He was employed by United States Government as a testing engineer. Paul is survived by wife Debra Wilbanks; son, Alexander Wilbank; and daughter, Catherine Louise Transfiguration and husband Francis R. all of Chesapeake, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home of Louisville, IL. A private memorial service will be held with military rites at the cemetery. Interment will be in Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville, IL. Order Flowers
