Pamela Joy Moore, age 70, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 1:28 am, Saturday, January 31, 2015, in Springfield, Illinois. She was born April 29, 1944, in Batavia, Illinois, the daughter of Newton Charles and Frieda Violet (Anderson) Smith. She was united in marriage on November 3, 1961 to Donald E. Moore and to this union were one son and four daughters. Don preceded her in death on July 24, 2009. Pam enjoyed her time as a mother and homemaker and was a faithful member of the Faith Lutheran Church of Flora and the Red Hat Society of the Louisville Chapter. Her hobbies included oil painting, designing her own line of jewelry (Little Friedie's Custom Jewelry), and her beloved Sadie. She is survived by her son, Ashley Moore and wife Roberta of Flora; daughters, Jaide Davis of Louisville, Paige Kincaid and Jerry McKnelly of Louisville, Bridie Smith and Bobbie Deedrick of Sadorus, and Johlene Hawks and Bobby Wathan of Louisville; eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Newton and Frieda Smith; husband, Donald E. Moore; and great grandson, Julius. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will be recieving friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Funeral Service will be at the Faith Lutheran Church in Flora on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 11:00 am with an hour viewing of 10:00 am to 11:00 am before the service. Pastor Allen J. Kramp will be officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded following the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Faith Lutheran Church and will be received at the funeral home and church.
