Maryola Cameron

Maryola Jean "Jeannie" Cameron, 89 of Lincoln, Alabama and formerly of Calhoun, Georgia and Hord, passed away at 4:10 am on Wednesday, May 21, 2019 in Lincoln, Alabama. She was born on May 11, 1930 the daughter of the late Walter and Helen Barnett. She married Leland Eugene Cameron in Mason on August 4, 1951 and he preceded her in death on February 6, 1996. Jeannie is survived by a son, Steve (Debbie) Cameron of Louisville, a grandson, Jason (Christina) Cameron of Lincoln, Alabama, a sister, Diane Kerns of Resaca, Georgia and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sons, Robert and Larry Cameron and by a sister, Karen Decker. Memorial services honoring the life of Mrs. Cameron will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Triplett & Neal Funeral Home in Louisville. Bro. Gene Birch will officiate. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until the time of services on Saturday. Private inurnment will be held at the Old Union Church of Christ Cemetery in Louisville.
