Martha Jamison

Martha Darlene Jamison, age 85, of Kinmundy, IL, passed away at 3:21 PM, Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at the Doctors Health And Rehab Center in Salem, IL. Darlene was born February 23, 1928 in Marion County, Illinois, the daughter of Eura and Nellie (Crutchfield) Krutsinger. Darlene was united in marriage with Virgil Jamison on June 1, 1946 and to this union three sons were born. She was employed by Browns Produce as an egg processor and was a member of the Meacham Baptist Church. She loved to take care of the elderly around town and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Rick Jamison of Kinmundy, and Gale Jamison and wife Laura of Champaign; brother, Kenny Krutsinger of Kinmundy; brother-in-law, Paul Wimberly of Salem; sister, Mildred Lane of Kinmundy; grandson, Airman First Class Shae Jamison of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and granddaughter, Michelle Jamison of Kinmundy. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Eura and Nellie Krutsinger; son, Ronnie Jamison; daughter-in-law, Pat Jamison; brother, Harlas Krutsinger; sisters, Hildred Wimberly, and twin infant sisters. Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home in Kinmundy, IL where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, April 1, 2013. Funeral service will be at Neal Funeral Home at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Interment will be at Elder Cemetery, Kinmundy, IL Memorials may be made to the Meacham Baptist Church or the Kinmundy/Alma EMT's.
