Marlene Frances Allison, 72, of Louisville, passed away at 6:53 pm on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at her home. She was born on October 10, 1947 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Jones) Bailey. She married Von Miller on November 24, 1965 in Lower Salem, Ohio and he preceded her in death on July 18, 1981. Marlene later married Raymond Allison on June 12, 1982 in Louisville and he survives. Mrs. Allison enjoyed making crafts, playing Yahtzee, loved her pets; especially her dogs and she liked watching soap operas. In addition to her husband Raymond, Marlene is survived by two sons; Kevin Paul (Jamie) Miller of Ormond Beach, Florida, Darin Shawn (Fawn) Miller of Marietta, Ohio, two daughters; Brenda Renae Miller of Louisville and Carol Dawn Miller of Deland, Florida, three brothers; Richard Bailey, David Bailey and Joseph Bailey all of Marietta, Ohio, four sisters; Donna Bailey, Shirley Ullman, Wanda Kennedy and Janet Bolobanick all of Marietta, Ohio, a stepson; John (Monie) Allison of Lexington, Tennessee, a stepdaughter, Kimberly Allison of Rochelle, 10 grandchildren; Josh Chapa, Amber Jackson, Kayla Jackson, Holly Molley, Genelle Tyrell, Paige Molley, Nathan Hollock, Bailey Miller, Ashley Coplinger and Krista Miller and by several great grandchildren. Besides her parents and first husband Von, Marlene was preceded in death by a daughter, Lori Kay Miller, two brothers, Frank and Paul Bailey a sister, Margaret Davidson and by a stepson, James Allison. In accordance with Marlene's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held. Triplett & Neal Funeral Home in Louisville is in charge of the care and arrangements.
