Margaret Haun

Margaret Maxine Haun, age 95, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 7:15 am, Saturday, February 18, 2012, at Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL. Margaret was a faithful member of the Living Word Full Gospel Church in Louisville and enjoyed her time as a homemaker. She was born August 18, 1916 in Iola, Illinois, the daughter of Alonzo Hira and Jenny (Rufty) Byers. She was united in marriage with Clarence Edwin Haun on May 4, 1940 in Henderson, Kentucky and he preceded her in death on September 13, 2008. Margaret is survived by sons, Donald Haun and wife Debra and Norman Haun and wife Linda, both of Louisville; brother, Hira "Buddy" Byers Jr. of Effingham; grandchildren, Heather Stortzum and husband Mitch, Kevin Haun and wife Kimberly, and Teri Dayle Haun; great grandchildren, Damon and Caitlin Stortzum, and Olivia Haun. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alonzo and Jenny Byers; husband, Clarence Haun; son, Ricky Haun; brother, Franklin Byers; and sisters, Nona Jean Dehart and Ruth Forbes. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, February 20, 2012. Funeral service will be at J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 20, 2012, Rev. Mike Durre will be officiating and interment will be at the Orchard Hill Cemetery in Louisville.
