Judy Jepsen

November 28, 1941 — April 23, 2015

My name is Judith, I go by Judy, my last name is Jepsen. I was born November 28, 1941, and since i am introducing myself to all of you, that would mean I have passed on to a nice place. I left for this nice place on April 23, 2015 which means I have been with you all for 73 years. How quickly they fly by! To my family all i can say is "Oh My God". Please don't mourn for me. Don't you know I am truly home now? Where I am sitting I can be ALL places and SEE all things. Now I have no fear for I have Wings to lift me up and bring my spirit to you to help lift you up. My parents Laverne (Ralph) Sieben of Geneseo, IL and Hollister Strecker of Seattle, WA preceded me along with my brother Geoffery Strecker of Peoria, IL and my first boy Arthur (Buddy) Evans so they are here with me to show me the ropes and help me to be there for those I left behind when they need me. I have left behind my sister Jamy (Michael) Brown of Blue Springs, MO and her daughter Micaela Hankins of Blue Springs, MO. My three children, Joseph Oldham of Louisville, IL and his two daughters Jasmine Oldham of Louisville, IL and Katy Oldham of Flora, IL. Tammy (William) Straeter of St. Rose, IL, and her three children Gregory Gumbel of Louisville, IL, Matthew Gumbel of Louisville, IL and Heather Gumbel of Breese, IL along with her 4 step-children Curtis (Precious) Straeter stationed in Germany, Kelsey Straeter of Colorado Springs, CO, Kirstie Straeter of Colorado Springs, CO, and Colby Straeter of Albers, IL. John Oldham of Oskaloosa and his son Johnathon Oldham of Oskaloosa and three step-sons Brett Eckelberry of Rinard, IL, Ray Eckelberry of Teutopolis, IL, and William Eckelberry of Roy, WA. My great grandchild Shaina Sims, of Flora, IL and 4 step-great grandchildren Lexus Eckelberry, Allison Eckelberry, and Cadance Eckelberry of Teutopolis, IL, and Reed Eckelberry of Rinard. I have also left behind my furry children who brought me through some emotional tough times. Taz, Jake, Honeybear, Dumpling, Angel and Buddy. As I loved and made most feel at home I wanted to mention my adopted daughter if only by my love for her Beldora Boose, of Robinson, IL and my adopted grandson if only by my love for him, Dustin Brooks of Louisville, IL and my soon to be grand daughter Shelby McCarthy of Oskaloosa, IL for whom I love for her quiet demeanor and her help with for me and my furry children and loving my grandson Johnathon. Although I am no longer physically able to be with my little family I am always with them watching over them. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, Sunday, April 26, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, April 26, 2015 at J.W.
