Judith Lewis

Judith "Judy" V. Lewis, age 69, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 10:21 am, Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at her daughter's home in Effingham, IL. Judy was born March 19, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late John Junkerman Jr. and the late Christine (Johnson) Junkerman. She spent her time as a nursing aid and was employed by various nursing homes. She was also a loving mother and grandmother. Judy is survived by sons, Donnie (Elaine) Frazier of Bible Grove, IL, Ronnie (Mary) Frazier of Vandalia, IL; daughter, Angie (Chip) Townsend of Effingham, IL; brother, John Mark (Barbara) Junkerman of Imperial, MO; sister, Martha (Ray) Vaughn of Arnold, MO; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Jonathan Edward Frazier, and infant daughter Theresa Louise Frazier. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, Saturday, April 25, 2015. Funeral service will be held at J.W. Neal Funeral Home at 11:30 am, Saturday, April 25, 2015. Interment will be at Old Union Cemetery, Louisville, IL.
