Baby Jose Richard Sorto, of Louisville, IL, entered this world still-born at 2:00am on Monday, October 27, 2014, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL. Baby Jose was the son of Jose Sorto and Rosa Garcia of Louisville. He is survived by his parents, as well as his half-brothers, Manuel Garcia and Charlie Garcia of Louisville, Jorge Garcia of North Carolina; his grandmother, Ma De La Luz of Mexico; and grandparents, Manuel de Jesus Sorto and Rafaela Vasquez of Honduras. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Melchor Garcia. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, where a memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 3, 2014.
