James O'Grady

James Kelly O'Grady, age 63, of Flora, IL, passed away at 2:40 AM on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Marion, Illinois. James was born October 2, 1950 in Olney, IL, the son of Leroy and Evangeline (Mattingly) O'Grady. He was a member of the Flora VFW and the Flora American Legion and was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army. James is survived by daughter, Megan Woomer of Flora, IL; brother, Michael (Kim) O'Grady of Indiana; and nieces Heather, Melissa and Alison. He was preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL. Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and private services will be held at a later date.
