Jacque Scott, age 61, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 1:22 AM, Sunday, April 14, 2013, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL. Jacque was born September 1, 1951 in Effingham, IL, the daughter of Kenneth and Erma (Morris) Lewis. She enjoyed her time as a homemaker. Jacque is survived by her son, Jared Scott and wife Denise of Ada, Oklahoma; daughters, Natalie Lewis, and Nicole Lewis both of Louisville; brothers, Ray Dean Lewis and wife Regina of Noble, and Marty Lewis and wife Crystal of Bible Grove; and grandson, Ashtyn Hall of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her parents. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, April 18, 2013. Interment will be at Floral Garden of Memories, Flora, IL Memorials may be made to the family and will be received at the funeral home.
