Jack Dawkins

Jack L Dawkins, age 72, passed away at 10:05 am, Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the Flora Gardens Care Center in Flora, IL. Jack was born January 20, 1943 in Louisville, Illinois, the son of Thad and Ruth (Rinehart) Dawkins. He enjoyed fishing and loved to take his granddaughter Keyla on rides in his golf cart. He was employed as a truck driver for Mills Concrete in Flora, IL. Jack is survived by his sons: Marty Wolfe and wife Cally of Bridge City, Texas and Rex Mitchell of Florida; grandchild, Keyla Wolfe and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thad and Ruth Dawkins; brothers, Glen, Max, Frank, and Darrell Dawkins; and sister, Frieda Acree. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday, June 15, 2015. Funeral service will be held at the J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 12:00 pm, Monday, June 15, 2015. Interment will be at the Orchard Hill Cemetery in Louisville, IL.
