Helen Grahn

Helen Lucille Grahn, age 95 of Louisville, passed away at 1:50 pm. Monday, January 4, 2016, at Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL. Helen was born Friday, September 10, 1920 in Bible Grove Township, IL, the daughter of the late Julius and the late May (Mann) Grahn. She was self employed as a caretaker and was a member of the Old Union Church in Bible Grove. Helen is survived by her nieces and nephews, David (Debbie) Grahn of Louisville, Darla (Frank) Czyzewski of Louisville, Carolyn (Late Dennis) Grahn of Louisville; seventeen great nieces and nephews and seventeen great great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, brothers Robert Julius Grahn, Paul Edward Grahn; sister Margaret A. Hall; sister-in-law Mary Grahn. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 7, 2016. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday at the funeral home following the visitation. Interment will be in Old Union Cemetery, rural Bible Grove. Memorial donations may be made to Pinehaven Christian Children Ranch in Montana and will be received at the funeral home.
