Grace Mullins

Grace A Mullins, age 95 of Ingraham, IL passed away at 9:50 am, on Friday, November 18, 2016, at her home in Ingraham. She was employed by the Bible Grove Grade School as a cook and also worked in healthcare. She was a member of Ingraham Christian Church. Grace is survived by sons, Glenn (Nancy) Mullins of Taylorville, IL, Dale Mullins of Ingraham, Gary (Lea Ann) Carter of Ingraham; brothers, Lowell (Shirley) Kepley of Ingraham, Nolan Kepley of Clay City; sisters, Mabel (Rondle) Cowger of Ingraham, Mayme Burk of Effingham; brother-in-law Paul; ex-husband Henry Russell Carter; grandchildren Michael (fiancee Mandy) Mullins of Watertown, MA, Julie (Tom) Elder of Kelso, WA, Jay (Melissa) Carter of Liberty, MO, Lesta (Andrew) Fitzpatrick of St. Charles, MO; great grandchildren, Emma Grace and Ian Carter. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Albert Allen Mullins, sister Mary Leone Kepley and infant sister Leta Fern Kepley. Arrangments have been entrusted to J.W. Neal Funeral Home of Louisville. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Headyville Cemetery in rural Dieterich. Interment will follow.
