Eunice Krutsinger

Eunice R. Krutsinger, age 81, of Salem, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at Doctors Health And Rehab Center in Salem, Illinois. Eunice was born Thursday, January 8, 1931 in La Clede Township, Illinois, the daughter of the late William Hawkey and the late Eva (Perry) Hawkey. She married Harold Krutsinger in Farina, Illinois on June 11, 1948. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2011. She was employed by Salem Public Hospital as a nurse's aid. Eunice is survived by sons, Richard (Laura) Krutsinger of Salem, IL and Harold "Sonny" (Glenda) Krutsinger, Jr. of Kinmundy, IL, brothers, Mike (Pat) Hawkey of Kinmundy, IL and Bill (Judy) Hawkey of Kinmundy, IL, sister, Bonnie Jean Hall of Kinmundy, IL; grandchildren, Dusty Krutsinger and fiance Suzie Jamison of Henderson, Kentucky, and Eric Krutsinger of Salem; step grandchildren, Steven Long and wife Elizabeth of Fairfield, Richard Long and wife Alisha of Salem, Melissa Long of Enfield, and Galen Long and fiance Jamie Poole of Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents,William and Eva Hawkey; husband, Harold Krutsinger; brother, Bob Hawkey; sisters, Colleen Butts and Ellen Gesell. Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, Kinmundy, IL where the family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, December 21, 2012. Funeral service will be at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 22, 2012. Interment will be in Elder Cemetery, Kinmundy, IL.
