Earl "Sonny" David Butts, 78, of Alma, passed away at 1:27pm on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Sonny was born in Meacham Township on March 30, 1941 to the late Edward and Mary (Jean) Butts. He married Virginia Eileen Noble on May 25, 1963 in Carlinville, Illinois and she survives. Interment will follow at Elder Cemetery in Kinmundy. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the funeral home.
