Devin Mills

Devin M. Mills, age 31 of Louisville, IL, passed away at 8:28 am on Sunday, November 20, 2016, at his home in Louisville. He was born Saturday, May 4, 1985 in Effingham, IL, the son of the late Daniel Mills and Debi (Russ) Blackwell Young. He was self employed as a contractor and loved his children, music, baseball and softball. Devin is survived by his son, Garrik Mills of Olney, IL; daughter, Hope Mills of Olney, IL; mother Debi and step father Russ Young of Dallas, TX; brother, Jerrin Mills of Azle, TX; sisters, Brandi (Brian) Sharp of Hazel Dell, IL and Alexas Mills of Hico, TX; step mother Rhonda Mills of Louisville; step sisters Jessica Webster of Pana, IL and Rebecca (Ben) Young of Cisne, IL; grandparents Lillian Mills of Louisville and Harry and Vera (papa and mama) Blackwell of Iola, IL; plus many aunts, uncles, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Danny, grandpa Bobbie Mills and uncle Tracy Mills. Arrangements are entrusted to J.W. Neal Funeral Home of Louisville. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Red Brush Christian Church. A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Red Brush Christian Church. Interment will be in Red Brush Cemetery, Louisville, IL.
