Brenda Phipps, 68, of Kinmundy, passed away at 5:45 pm on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon. Brenda was born on February 19, 1951 in Salem, Illinois to parents Paul and Betty Wagoner. Brenda was a registered nurse in Pennsylvania. In addition toher mother, Betty Wagoner, she is survived by two sons, Ashley Paul, Aaron Christopher, a daughter Anthea Jane and by four grandchildren, all from Pennsylvania. Her sister, Sue Kirkpatrick of Avon, Indiana also survives. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul WilliamWagoner, and by her brother John Paul Wagoner. A private family service was held at Elder Cemetery in Kinmundy. Triplett & Neal Funeral Home in Kinmundy was in charge of the care and arrangements.
