Betty Willison

Betty Lou Willison, age 83, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 8:51 am, Sunday, December 1, 2013, at the St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL. Betty was born June 24, 1930 in Hoosier Township, Illinois, the daughter of Ned and Irene (Parsons) Zink. She was united in marriage with Robet Dale Willison on January 24, 1948 in Effingham, Illiois. She was active for many years with Clay County Extension Council, Home Extension Club, and was a 4-H leader. She loved sewing, crocheting, quilting, crafts of all kinds and eating out at Niemerg's. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all. She leaves to mourn her passing, husband Bob Willison of Louisville; son, Clifford Willison of Louisville; daughters, Joyce Toombs and husband David of Effingham, and Sharon Lauderback and husband Robert of Flora; brother, Bill Zink and wife Margaret of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Preceded in death by her parents, Ned and Irene Zink, and brother, Robert Zink Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Funeral service will be at J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 4, 2013, Cecil Cochran officiating. Interment will be at German Methodist Cemetery, Bible Grove, IL Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association and will be recieved at the funeral home.
