Barbara Bible

Barbara Ann Bible, age 73, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 12:08 am, Monday, January 6, 2014, at the St John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. Barb was born April 4, 1940 in Clay County, Illinois, the daughter of George Allen and Vivian Maxine (Rinehart) Tolliver. She was united in marriage on August 30, 1957 at the Hoosier Prairie Baptist Church with Leo Bible and with this union were two sons. She was employed by the North Clay Unit #25 Schools as a cook for 32 years and also cooked for the Olney Baptist Church Camp. She was a faithful member of the Hoosier Prairie Baptist Church. Barb is survived by her husband, Leo Bible of Louisville; mother, Vivian Tolliver of Louisville; sons, Daniel L. (Kathy) Bible and Larry A. Bible both of Louisville; brother, Ronald Tolliver of Rinard; sister, Jane (Bill) Stanford of Flora; grandchildren, Mandy (Jake) King of Olney, Devin (Danielle) Bible of Olney, and Dylan Keppler of Louisville; great grandchildren, Hudson Leo Bible and Bayley King both of Olney; also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, George Tolliver. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00am, Saturday, January 11, 2014. Funeral service will be at J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 11, 2014. Interment will be at Hoosier Prairie Cemetery, Louisville, IL Memorial donations may be made to the Hoosier Prairie Baptist Church and will be received at the funeral home and church.
