Alan Lewis

Alan Edward "Art" Lewis, age 55, of Louisville, IL, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 in Kinmundy, IL. Alan was born October 9, 1956 in Flora, Illinois, the son of Glen Edward and Lois Irene (Bailey) Lewis. He was employed by Shuette Oil in Effingham and was a member of Red Brush Christian Church and the Sons of the American Legion. Alan is survived by his parents, Glen and Lois Lewis of Louisville; sons, Elam Lewis and wife Deslyn of Flora and Zeb Lewis and Justeen Weiler also of Flora; sisters: Debbie Allen and husband Rick and Joyce Robey and husband John both of Louisville; grandchildren, Jadyn Lewis, Zaiden Lewis and Azaira Lewis all of Flora; and friend, Vickie. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, July 22, 2012. Funeral service will be at J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Monday, July 23, 2012, Dusty Elmore officiating. Interment will be at Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville, IL.
