Luanna Stanley

Luanna Ellen Stanley, age 86, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 5:50 am, Sunday, June 24, 2012, at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, IL.. Luanna was born April 2, 1926 in Clay County, Illinois, the daughter of Cecil David and Luna Ellen (McGee) Dillman. She was united in marriage with Donald E. Stanley on September 1, 1951 at the Hoosier Prairie Baptist Church and to this union one son and one daughter were born. Donald preceded her in death on October 10, 2009. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of the Ingraham Christian Church. She is survived by her son, James Stanley of Louisville; daughter, Jane Morris and husband Steve of Clay City; granddaughters, Rachel Morris Helms of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Katie Morris of Nashville, Tennessee; and great grandson, Jackson Holland Morris of Nashville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Luna Dillman; husband, Donald Stanley; and brother, James Dillman. Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL. The family will receive friends at the Ingraham Christian Church from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, Friday, June 29, 2012. Funeral service will be at Ingraham Christian Church at 1:30 PM, Friday, June 29, 2012, Ron Payne officiating. Interment will be at Ingraham Cemetery, Ingraham, IL Memorials may be made to the Ingraham Christian Church and will be received at the funeral home or the church.
